Who I am

This website is run by Keith Owens (KLO Photography), an amateur photographer based in Shropshire. Contact: klo@klo-photography.co.uk.

This website

The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie it sets is on a password-protected download page, after you enter its password, so you don't have to enter it again for 30 days. It holds no personal information.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against attacks.

If you email me

I use your name, email address and message only to reply and to arrange any prints, downloads or photoshoots you ask about. I keep emails for as long as needed for that, and do not share them or use them for marketing.

Donations

Donations are taken by Stripe, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. I receive your name, email address and the amount, and use them only to record and pass on the donation.

Photos of people

Many of my photos are taken at public or club events and may show people who can be identified. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, or you are a parent or guardian of someone who does, email me and I will take it down promptly.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Email me to do so. If you are unhappy with how I've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
